  • Androscoggin Wooden Boat Works for when you're looking to get your boat restored or maintained, especially on Lymans. Has a bunch for sale too that he has personally restored. Check it out!

  • Koroknay's Marine Lyman Boats Tom bought out whatever he could get his hands on from the Lyman Factory when they were closing. He also has all of the build sheets for all of the hulls Lyman produced.

  • Vintage Race Boat Shop maintains vintage wooden boats, by providing year round maintenance and treating each boat with special care. They also build reproduction vintage boats.

  • Inland Boat Works Gary started the Southern NH Antique Boat Auction which can be navigated to thru his site. He has a couple of nice looking Lymans coming up this year too. Check it out.

  • A & A Marine Century Boats and parts from the home of Century.

  • New Hampshire Boat Museum Close to home and always worth a visit. Remember the "Good Old Days" in the lakes region of NH.

  • The Antique Boat Museum located in Clayton, NY. This is the biggest antique and classic boat museum I've been to.

  • Classic Century is a site run by Chuck Miklos who would be considered an authority on Century Boats. His list of pure Century restorations is impressive.

  • Woody Boater for just about anything related to boating in your woody.

Clubs

  • New England Lyman Group is a local group of Lyman boat lovers and enthusiasts. Also known as the NELG, they strongly believe in using their boats as much as showing them.

  • Century Boat Club is a national group dedicated to the preservation and history of everything that is Century Boats.

  • Lyman Boat Owners Association The LBOA is a sister organization of ours in the NELG and they operate more on a national basis. They also put out a nice quarterly magazine called The Clinker.

  • The Antique & Classic Boat Society is the national club that represents all boat manufacturer Marques. There are many benefits to joining the ACBS, none the least of which is their yearly directory. Its huge!

  • The Antique Outboard Motor Club has just about everything you could imagine if you are into old outboards.

  • The Thompson Dockside is for Thompson Boat enthusiasts.

Supplies and Stuff

Engines

  • New World Engines is a small, high quality engine rebuilding company that has operated in Maine for over 20 years. Machinists Paul Chenea and James Welch are the primary employees with over 60 collective years of experience in antique engine restoration.

  • Ford Y-block page is dedicated mostly to automobile applications, but I'm sure covers the marine engines too. There are a lot of older Ford Y-blocks in boats.

  • Gray Marine Parts is a source for Gray Marine engine parts. Many of those are in antique boats too.
