I purchased the boat in October last year from a donation company in Martinez, California, for my Dad who turned 90 this year. The boat is being shipped to Cape Cod where I will meet up this May.

A 18’ Runabout with a 100 hp Mercury Outboard, the boat is in pretty good shape overall, but still needs the bottom painted and the varnish redone. I have not yet attempted to put her in the water, it has been sitting out of the water since 1989, so I will need to seal around the stem and repaint before it goes back in.

I have vivid memories of my grandfather, (Dad’s Dad) with several Lymans over the years … but my best memories are of his 26’ Cruiser.
